Depending on your company’s credit policy, you can choose one or both of the following stamps:

“Let’s pay in time!” Stamp

The purpose of the “Let’s pay in time!” stamp is to reduce the number of overdue invoices. This stamp is a friendly reminder to the buyer that invoices must be paid in time. The “Let’s pay in time!” stamp should be used on invoices or waybills.

Collection Stamp

The purpose of the collection stamp is to accelerate payment of overdue invoices. The stamp includes a demand for instantaneous payment and gives notice of co-operation with Creditreform in the field of debt collection. The collection stamp should be used on payment reminders for overdue invoices.
