In order to facilitate the exchange of information and keep track of the assigned debt collection cases, Creditreform Latvija SIA have developed an online tool – WebInkasso.

WebInkasso enables you to:

  • Submit new debt recovery cases and additional information regarding the current cases
  • Track the current status of cases and see every action taken by Creditreform in the process of debt recovery
  • Select and sort cases by different criteria
  • Obtain versatile statistics
  • Send and receive information related to the particular case
  • Receive and confirm debt recovery reports
  • Export case data to a standard Excel file
